Payment methods:
1. Bank transfer (by invoice): After you place an order, we will send you the payment details.
Delivery methods:
⁃ Courier delivery to your address via Nova Poshta across Ukraine. Delivery cost and terms are according to Nova Poshta tariffs.
⁃ “Nova Poshta” delivery. Nova Poshta delivery costs from UAH 70 depending on the weight and dimensions of the shipment. If you choose cash on delivery, you pay an additional UAH 20 + 2% of the order value for the return of funds to us.
Delivery takes from 1 to 3 business days. Nova Poshta parcels are shipped every day. Waybill numbers are sent by email.
The “Self-pickup” service is available every day from 10:00 to 20:00 (except Saturday and Sunday).
How to place an order (for self-pickup):
You can place an order on the company’s website. You will be notified about your order’s readiness by email or SMS.
How to collect your order:
You can collect your order at the pickup point in Kyiv, 3a Naberezhno-Khreshchatytska St., where you:
⁃ provide the order number;
⁃ pay;
⁃ receive your completed order.
Before collection, make sure you have received the order number (the number is sent by email or SMS when the order is placed).
