Contra-drone Sense-3 detector operating instructions

Turning on the device:

Turn the power switch to the ON position.
The device will automatically start scanning for available video channels in the following ranges:
– 840-2200 MHz
– 2300-4400 MHz
– 4800-6200 MHz

Connecting antennas:

There are markings on the device body for each band.
Attach the antennas according to the markings on the body for each band.

Charge by device:

A USB Type-C connector is used for charging.
Fast charging is supported.

Working with video signal:

Main screen:

  1. The 4.3-inch screen displays the image from the drones.
  2. The OLED display displays the frequency of the current video channel.

Channel control (buttons under the OLED display):

  1. Button ▲ (up) – switches to the previous channel.
  2. Button ▼ (down) – switches to the next channel.
  3. Middle button (✔) – fixes the current channel and locks it.

Selecting a channel to watch:

To watch video from a specific channel, use the ▲ and ▼ buttons to scroll through the channels.
The middle button is to confirm the channel selection and lock it.

Video output:

To connect external monitors or video recording, use the 3.5 mm jack for analog video.

Software updates:

  1. To update the firmware, connect the device to a Wi-Fi network.
  2. Hold down the middle button (MODE) while turning on the device.
  3. Connect to the Wi-Fi access point: SID: SENS-3
  4. Password: 88888888
  5. IP address: 192.168.4.1

Open a browser and go to 192.168.4.1 to update the firmware.

Indication on the display:

  1. List of found channels: displayed in the format: Band (840–2200 MHz / 2300–4400 MHz / 4800–6200 MHz) + Frequency (MHz) + Video signal (V).
    Example:
    – 5.8G 5865 MHz V:1 — channel 5.8 GHz, frequency 5865 MHz, video present.
    – 1.2G 1080 MHz V:1 — channel 1.2 GHz, frequency 1080 MHz, video present.
  2. Channel lock: if the channel is locked, the screen will display “LOCKED”.
  3. Low battery level: If the battery level drops below 10%, the device will beep and display a warning on the screen.

Sound settings:

You can turn off the sound signals via the device’s web interface (via Wi-Fi).
In the settings, select the “Silent” mode.

Important notes:

  1. Channel Lock: When a channel is locked, scanning in that range is paused.ʼ
  2. Signal Loss: If the video signal is lost, the device automatically deletes the channel from the list after 20 seconds.
