CONTRA-DRONE (ANTI-FPV) operates from a stationary battery, as well as from a vehicle using the power cables that come with the kit.
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR TURNING ON FROM THE BUILT-IN BATTERY:
1.Inspect the device for possible damage, if there is no visual damage, then check that all switches are in the off position.
2. If you have a remote control, you must connect it to the corresponding connector on the device.
3. Install the antennas on the roof of the car (or in another random place) at a distance of at least 60 cm from each other. The recommended distance between the EW system and the antennas should be at least 70 cm.
Then connect the antennas to the connectors on the device itself.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to tighten the threads of each antenna all the way!
It is FORBIDDEN to turn on modules without antennas connected!
If the antenna is damaged by even 1 (one degree) it may not work correctly or not work at all!
4. In order to turn on the electronic warfare system, you need to connect a stationary battery (as in the photo).
5. To start the system, you need to press the ground button for 1-3 seconds until a characteristic sound signal is heard (the enabled ground button should light up red)!
6. After that, turn on the necessary modules using the switches on the device body or using the remote control, having previously switched the toggle switch to “Battery” mode.
After using the device powered by the built-in battery, it is possible to switch to vehicle power. Before doing so, it is imperative to disconnect the power supply to the built-in battery.
MANDATORY: turn off the built-in battery (as in the photo)
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR TURNING ON FROM THE CAR:
1.We start the car to which the electronic warfare system will be connected.
IMPORTANT: When powered by a vehicle, the car engine (hereinafter referred to as the “CAR”) must be running!
2. To connect the device to the car’s power supply, you must connect the power cable via the QS 8 or XT-90 connector.
IMPORTANT: It is forbidden to turn on the device without the antennas connected!
3. Connect the clamps to the car battery terminals (red “+”, black “-“)
4. Turn the toggle switch on the device or remote control to the “AUTO” position (12-24V)
5. After that, we turn on the necessary frequency ranges.
IMPORTANT: When the EW is powered by a vehicle with a twelve-volt power system, it is not recommended to turn on more than 4 (four) bands at the same time!
CHARGING THE BUILT-IN BATTERY
IMPORTANT: Before connecting the power supply, all ranges must be turned off and the toggle switch must be in the neutral position (middle)
IMPORTANT: The ground button must be turned on during charging.
STEP-BY-STEP BATTERY CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
